Our studio occupies the ground floor of a Georgian townhouse in central Oxford. The building itself serves as something of a working demonstration of sensitive adaptation, having been carefully restored when we acquired it in the early 1990s.
Initial consultations typically last about an hour. We find it helpful if you can bring any documentation you have about your building: deeds, previous survey reports, planning history, or simply photographs showing areas of concern.
Following an initial meeting, we usually recommend a site visit to your property. This allows us to assess condition, understand context, and develop a realistic understanding of what might be involved before preparing a formal fee proposal.
Our Oxford studio is located within walking distance of the city centre, approximately ten minutes from Carfax Tower. Street parking is limited but several public car parks are nearby.
For those travelling by train, Oxford station is approximately twenty minutes' walk or a short taxi journey. The number 5 bus stops within two minutes of our door.
If you have mobility requirements or need specific directions, please mention this when arranging your visit and we will provide detailed guidance.
